We rustled up this super easy (6 ingredients + 3 steps), super delicious recipe for Buttery Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower. The dreamy combination of Dinner Bell Butter and buffalo sauce is what makes this appetizer a real winner … whether it’s game day or not.
How To:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Arrange cauliflower florets on rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt; toss to coat. Roast 60-75 minutes, or until cauliflower is browned Transfer to a serving platter.
- In small bowl, combine melted butter and buffalo sauce. Drizzle sauce over roasted cauliflower and garnish with chives. Serve immediately.
