Rise and shine! For this easy recipe, we take a game day classic — the slider sandwich — and give it a morning makeover. We start with soft Hawaiian rolls and top them with thick-cut bacon, creamy scrambled eggs, hearty breakfast sausage, American cheese, and rich, delicious Dinner Bell Salted Butter. Five minutes in the oven melts the cheese and melds the flavors. The result is a morning meal that’ll have even the most committed night owls leaping out of bed.

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Lay the bacon on the rack and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and whole milk until fully combined.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground breakfast sausage and break it up with a wooden spoon. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes or until well browned.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until set, light yellow, and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce the oven to 350°F. Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls on the prepared sheet pan.
  6. Layer the bottom half with 6 slices of the American cheese, bacon slices, eggs and sausage, and the remaining 6 slices of cheese. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  7. Brush the melted butter over the rolls. Bake for 5 minutes or until the rolls begin to brown.
  8. Remove the tray from the oven and tent the rolls with aluminum foil. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Carefully cut the Hawaiian rolls into 12 sliders and serve hot.
