Grilled Salmon with Dill Butter

This easy salmon dinner is finished with a special lemon and dill compound butter made with Dinner Bell Creamery butter for a bright and upscale flavor that you are going to love.

how to:

  1. Preheat oven to 475° F.
  2.  Zest lemon and chop dill, then mix with 6 tablespoons of butter. Form the butter into a log shape and refrigerate.
  3. Season salmon with olive oil, salt, and pepper and grill over medium-high heat for about 8-12 minutes, until it flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145° F.
  4. Immediately top salmon with a slice of compound butter so that it starts melting over the salmon. Serve with grilled bread and a salad for the perfect summer meal.
