Make-Ahead Compound Butter

Compound butter is a simple way to make any meal feel special. Keep this make-ahead version in the freezer so it's ready to go any time! 

How To:

  1. Soften 1 stick Dinner Bell Butter.

  2. Fold in garlic, thyme and lemon. Feel free to add other seasonings as desired.
  3. Roll the butter into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge.
  4. Once the butter is firm, cut into slices. Wrap slices in plastic and freeze. Frozen slices can be added when cooking or thawed to use as a spread.
