Soften 1 stick Dinner Bell Butter.
- Fold in garlic, thyme and lemon. Feel free to add other seasonings as desired.
- Roll the butter into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge.
- Once the butter is firm, cut into slices. Wrap slices in plastic and freeze. Frozen slices can be added when cooking or thawed to use as a spread.
