In a medium bowl, stir together the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season with salt and set aside.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and ground beef and break the beef up with a wooden spoon. Scatter the onions, adobo seasoning, salt and black pepper on top. Cook until the beef is browned, 5 minutes. Stir and continue to cook until the beef is cooked through, 3 to 5 more minutes.
