HOW TO:
- To make the jammy eggs, place the eggs in a small pot and cover with 2 inches of water. Bring to a rolling boil for 10 seconds, cover, and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. Strain and transfer to an ice bath.
- Once cool enough to handle, peel and set aside.
- Cook the ramen according to package instructions. Divide the ramen among 2 bowls and immediately top each with a slice of American Cheese.
